Myth: I Don’t Have Enough Money To Buy Land

Posted on September 30, 2015 by Landvesting in Uncategorized

Did you buy a cup of coffee this morning to get your day started? That’s fine, most people do. However, do you buy a cup of coffee every morning?

Starting something new can be intimidating sometimes, and the number one reason I hear from people that are hesitant to get into land investing is that they don’t have enough money to get started. Today, I’m here to tell you that you have more money than you might think, and I will demystify the process of what it’s like to begin investing in one of our starter lots!

One reason people believe they are lower on funds than they really are, is because of daily automatic spending. For example: A cup of coffee on its own may only be $3, but buying one cup every day of the work week can cost you up to $60 a month. Can you think of any daily purchases you make that fit in this category?

I know it may be unrealistic for some people to stop buying that Chipotle burrito for lunch every day, or for coffee drinkers to get a bit more sleep in lieu of their next cup of java, but the fact of the matter is that before those items were bought, the money was there.

To put things in perspective, I currently have eight starter lots for sale in Twentynine Palms for $8000 dollars each. To purchase one, all it would take to get started is a $650 down payment, and a rough estimate of about $5.14 per day. This Sheridan Avenue lot is the perfect example of such an investment. The lot is near water and power, and is located in a budding neighborhood that is slowly but surely growing.

For such a great opportunity, the price of entry isn’t unattainable! Once you’re past the initial $650, the daily price is comparable to that of a Grande Hazelnut Latte at Starbucks, and at that point the choice is yours on how to spend that money. Also, don’t forget that you can also trade in your car for cash value. Many people overlook the fact that an unwanted used car is still worth money!

Will you look at those $3 extra dollars in your pocket the same way now? A little money every day is just the funding you need to begin investing in your future. Call me today to get started!
